Christmas photo smiles

As most of you have received our christmas photo by now you can see that I did not go for the smiles this year. I gave up and just wanted everybody looking at the camera. I had even given them some candy in hopes of getting a smile but with no success. Well, now that I have sent out those photos I of course have gotten a great picture of the kids (smiles and all).
Here it is for you all to see, enjoy!!!

Gigglin' Geckos

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month the mall has a program for kids. This month was from a place called party in a pinch and they brought Mrs. Claus and had crafts and stories. As you can see, one of the crafts was making an elf hat.

Fun in the snow

We went up to Mt. Lemmon for the day on Monday. The kids had so much fun playing in the snow (except Caitlin). I'm sure you can tell that we are from Arizona: no snow pants, no boots, and no sled. We used our cars sunshade for a sled. It was actually pretty fast. We all had a great time with lots of laughs. We haven't been up there since the fire a few years ago. It was great to see it getting built up again.

Pima air & Space Museum

We went to the museum. The kids (mostly Cameron was very fascinated with all of the planes.) There favorite part was the space exhibit. The had a new plane coming in for transport that we saw fly overhead but were unable to stay to see in come in. That would have been quite to see I'm sure. We had fun regardless!!

the boys have done some neat crafts here. They have made some masks and during bug week they made antennas and wings.

Children's Museum

we went to the childrens museum. Camerons favorite thing is the trains. He could sit there the whole time. Cody just loves the shark area and Caitlin just goes along with anything.

Caitlin's 1st haircut

Caitlin had her 1st haircut. We had to cut all her curls off; they were so matted. I hope they come back.

family fun

Kris and I decided to dust off our bikes after sitting in the garage for 5 years. We use to love to go out mountain biking. Although, we probably won't be doing the mountain part anymore we wanted to get out with the kids. We bought a bike that attaches to ours for Cameron and a trailer for Cody and Caitlin. We took a spin around the cul de sac to try it out while Caitlin was napping and the boys loved it. We can't wait to get out for some more family time!!! We did try Caitlin's helmet on and she loved walking around the house with it on. She cried when I took it off.(notice the shorts and tshirt along with christmas decorations in the background. gotta love tucson in the winter)

for all you moms out there

Gobble Gobble

I hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving whatever you may be doing. Enjoy family and friends.

Happy 5th birthday Cameron!!!

We had a very small get together for Cameron this year, but it was nice. Cameron wanted to decorate his own cupcakes for his birthday, we went to the store and he picked out all the stuff he wanted; a little spongebob, pirate, diego combination. I just love Cameron's creativity. Happy birthday my big boy. I love you

Lil artist

My little artist. Cameron loves to do any sort of art project. He could sit here all day and color, paint or do a project. Check out the serious face

Happy Halloween

We had some friends over to go trick-o-treating around the block. The kids had a great time although I don't we monitored how much candy was eaten once we got home. Oh well, what goes up must come down, right? Well, down they came, there wasn't a peep once we put them to bed.
Cameron was the incredible hulk (no more cute costumes :( Cody was a Monkey and Caitlin was a butterfly. She didn't trick-o-treat but she sure threw a fit if the boys didn't share their candy. We also had to pry some milk duds and a tootsie pop out of Larry's mouth (Crazy dog)

Mexico

Back to the beach for beautiful weather. We left after the soccer game hoping the kids would sleep in the car but since we took the truck they took turns waking each other up instead and our DVD player broke on the way home.
Cameron went on his first banana boat ride. He said the Shamu one was less scary though. He had fun!! Fortunately, the driver of the boat understood enough english when I asked him to go slow.

Green tigers

Pictures from Cameron's 1st soccer game. Their team is called the green tigers. We didn't get the shirts until the 1st game and when we got there Cameron thought they should be called the green pickles instead; makes sense, right? The 1st part of the game involved running like crazy and towards the end they were falling all over each other.
